Ben was awesome to work with and it was the best experience I have had at a dealership when buying a car.
We loved working with Dave there. Others were very good to work with us on our trade in and final car price. Our only complaint was that it took over two hours to go through the process. They did go out of their way to get the color we wanted from Colorado. We love our Bronco Sport! Thank you!
I walked in wanting to test drive a used car in their lot. Ben, was an amazing salesman with zero-pressure to buy. He was open and honest and realistic about all my concerns and questions with the vehicle situation I was going through. Although I didn’t schedule an appointment, he was willing to hop in the car with me and let me test drive the used car I was looking at online. I had also been eyeballing the ‘24 Bronco but thought I’d be way in over my head in something that nice. He was fully supportive and said I could test drive right after! I immediately fell in love with the Bronco. I was scared to sit down and crunch the numbers because I really thought it wouldn’t be possible. I didn’t want to waste their time. BUT between the amazing and helpful salesman, Ben, the GM of sales, Mike, and also Ben the finance guy, it was a smooth process!! Plus, they gave me an excellent trade-in value for my current vehicle. it’s not easy letting go a vehicle and taking a big step into a new one! It’s scary and you’re always told that sales-people are always going to bite you in the butt. BUT I SWEAR.. This team at the Tim Dahle ford dealership in Spanish Fork, UT was INCREDIBLE!!! they let me ask the “dumb” questions. My dad even got the chance to talk to GM Mike on the phone as he is out of state and talked to him “father-to-father” on the logistics and reality of the deal. Also, Ben was knowledgeable and even texted me early the day after to check in on how I was liking the new car and have me bring the Bronco back into the dealership to get *officially* detailed since I left so late with the car the night before, with the stickers and tags left on it. They even filled up my gas tank for free!! I was honestly just blown away by the compassion and realness from this dealership. Car shopping is intense, but Ben, Mike and all the other employees there were so quick to answer my questions and assist me in making the processes EASY! Ben even offered me complimentary food/drinks several times as I was waiting for the finance approvals to come back, detailing the car, taking my info, etc. They were so genuine and I couldn’t have left with a bigger smile on my face to be driving the car of my dreams, and knowing that this team of Ford employees made it possible. no matter if you’re looking for a new or used vehicle, check oh Tim Dahle Ford in Spanish Fork, UT! Oscar was my salesman. Great guy, not pushy, and honest. I liked that. The sales manager or “closer” was a guy named tanner. He’s was chill, didn’t try and up sale me, much, and great to work with. The first up sale is their gps tracking system. Even if you decline it they’ll ask to take the price of it off the top of the car price and leave it. Then it will take the service dept quite some time to install it under the guise of cleaning the car up. This system is selling your data. You chose what to do with that info. I took mine out. Another up-sale comes when the finance guy comes around. But respectfully declining worked eventually, so I can’t complain too much. Overall good experience I’ve had with a dealership.

Mike is an absolutely fantastic salesman. This is my first ever dealership purchase and new car purchase, couldn't have chosen a better place to buy. I drove a total of 1,500 miles to and from California to purchase my ETransit van. It was a great deal from great people. I would highly recommend buying from Mike and the rest of the crew. Over 9,000 miles in less than 2 months, love it.
Tanner made me feel right at home! Bought a car for my wife… Never felt pushy at all… Totally different car sales vibe than I ever have had. I usually buy from Carmax because I don’t want to deal with the haggling. Also decided to get myself a bronco, yes two cars total! I live in Las Vegas, since I did the test drive already… They met me in St. George, halfway, and paperwork only took about 30 minutes! Highly recommend!
