I worked with Steven and I came in test wrote the car and then spoke him several times about coming back. When I made it back to the dealership Mike ended up taking over for Steven because he wasn't there. Both of them were very polite. My big complaint is when Mike was going over paperwork some of the numbers were inflated. He tried to sell me a $199 service package. I denied it while he was changing the paperwork I called your service department and got a quote for that exact service package for $149. The way he was selling this package was that I was saving 50% not paying 33% more. I have dealt with your dealership many times and have thought two other vehicles through your dealership family. This was not the first time that I've had a Salesman try and scam me.

Ben Templin was a great sport dealing with me after my wife dragged me to the dealership when she wanted to buy a new Bronco. I hate dealerships but he made the experience pleasant and quick. Would recommend if your going to a dealership ask for Ben.
