Great service fast and friendly

I have had a great experience with Tim Dahle in Spanish Fork. Victor went above and beyond to help me complete the purchase of my truck. Throughout the process, I never felt pressured, and he was consistently helpful, responsive, and professional! If you’re looking for someone you can trust when purchasing a vehicle, I highly recommend working with Victor at Tim Dahle.

They have done a great job each time we’ve had our vehicles in for maintenance or service.

UPDATE #2: THE FOREVER WARRANTY IS ACTUALLY LEGIT After our recent purchase, our transmission started shifting really hard. I took the vehicle in for them to look into, I was waiting for them to tell me all the ways their "forever warranty" isn't going to cover the issues...I was way wrong, they didn't just repair the transmission, they completely replaced it with a new tranny from Ford. No questions asked, didn't charge me anything, handed me back my keys and sent me on my way! I'm SOOOOOOO glad we bought a vehicle that qualified for their forever warranty, saved me a small fortune with no hasstle, nice work guys! 🙌💪 UPDATE to 5 stars: After finding a car online that I saw was at Tim Dahle Spanish fork, I was a little hesitant. Having bought a previous vehicle there, I was aware of the typical runaround of all of their hidden charges for glass etching, etc. I decided to give it another shot, and I am pleased to say that this was the easiest and best car buying experience of my life! I kept waiting for things to get awkward, but after a very short negotiation, we came up with a price that I felt was fair, I told them I had no interest in any of their up-charges which they dropped without argument, I signed a few papers, and I drove off in new car. Everyone was awesome, Drew took good care of us, he cleaned the car up really well right before I came to look at it, and when I came back the next day to buy they tried to wash it inside and out again and I told him it was already perfect. Drew, Curt, and Steven were awesome, thanks for making a great experience and earning 5 stars! -------------- We have had good and bad experiences with Tim Dahle. Had my oil changed and asked for full synthetic. After getting my truck back and looking at the receipt, I didn't recognize the oil used. Did a quick lookup and diesel oil was used in my 3.5 ecoboost. I called another dealer and found that this oil doesn't have the correct detergents and could cause issues, so I get to go somewhere else and get my oil changed again.

This has been the best dealership/ service location I have ever been to. When I lived in Utah county they were kind enough to come pick up my car with no additional charge. It made it so easy to get services done during work. Even now that I live an hour and 30 minutes out, I will drive to this location because I appreciate them and feel more comfortable with them, then any other place. Every time I have been there they have been extremely kind to me and explained things clearly and in a way I can understand. Luke helped me out the other day and he is such a sweetheart. I will continue to make the longer commute to receive such wonderful service.

Go see Oscar or Tanner at Tim Dahly Ford in Spanish Fork, Utah and the king of Jordan! They will treat you right! We had a rough experience with another dealer! So we traded off or 2025 Bronco with 600 miles, got exactly what we wanted plus a whole lot more! Better everything. Don’t waste time driving around going dealer to dealer! Go see the home team and ask for Oscar, Tanner and do t forget about the King of Jordan! Haha
