Very unprofessional. Made an appointment for the master brake cylinder recall. Then went to the trouble and expense of shuttling cars. Then after a half day with my truck in at the service department, get a call that the part won't be available for over two months! Couldn't you have told me that when I tried to make the appointment?!

Dakota in service and his techs are great to work with. I have a vehicle under warranty and got a check engine light for a misfire according to the Ford app. I contacted the dealer where I purchased it to get it looked at and was basically told they couldn't help me. Stopped into Tim Dahle Ford in Spanish Fork and caught Dakota on his way out for the day. Dakota took the time to listen to my situation I was in and told me to come in first thing in the morning next Day. Dakota met me in the service drive and got my truck in the shop immediately with no appointment, got me an Uber back to my home and had my truck fixed within an hour. Dakota took the time to listen to my problem and execute a solution even though it wasn't ideal for the shop, he understood I needed to have my truck back for a very important event. Dakota and his service tech earned Tim Dahle a customer and will be purchasing a new F-350 from them.

Bernie was great at assisting us with our son’s car. He solved problems and was very friendly and honest.
