This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealer. I was driving my raptor down to the raptor rally and my check engine light came on. Tim Dahle dealership gracefully added me to their schedule and got me out in about an hour and this included some warranty work as well. Simply put, I cannot recommend this service department more. I’d especially like to say thank you to Kevin Vrooman and Luke Miller for managing my expectations, working the schedule so I could continue my trip amd spending the time to walk me through the specifics. Thank you just doesn’t seem enough!

Appreciate the great work put into repairing my vehicle I had purchased at Tim Dahle. Service advisor Kevin was always in constant communication with me and Ford customer service while managing my vehicles repairs, ordering parts and giving me an estimated timeline on when it would be done. I got so used to the rental I forgot my car was in the shop at times, didn't feel inconvenienced one bit throughout the process. Glad to have my vehicle back now and in working order. Thanks again
